The EY report shows that in Poland the average effective tax rate in 2010-2019 was around 33 percent of revenue, and last year it was close to 40 percent. This discourages foreign operators from officially entering the Polish market and applying for a domestic license. Some of them choose to operate in the shadow economy, which accounts for almost half of the online gambling market.\u201d<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
